The sorting of light has shaped several important architectural cores of the project, namely “unblocking, connecting, and crossing”, bringing a more three-dimensional and transparent neighborhood relationship to the nighttime environment of the block.

Preservation of urban memory – Considering the gathering of historical buildings from various periods in the base and surrounding areas, the design focuses on the mutual coordination and symbiosis of new and old buildings. Keep up with history, continue the urban context, and enrich the urban expression.

The handling of adjacent interfaces – Given the complexity of the interface around the project site, how to respond and utilize the complexity of the surrounding environment has become an important issue. We hope to create friendly boundaries for the site while adhering to the principle of mutual benefit and win-win on the basis of meeting planning requirements.
