The AI PLAZA West Coast Phoenix Nest project in Xuhui Binjiang is adjacent to the “Vertical Silicon Valley” West Coast Intelligent Tower (AI Tower), with a total volume of 75000 square meters, seamlessly connecting to the Yunjin Road Station of Metro Line 11. It is professionally operated and managed by Yinli Shanghai, and integrates elements of nature, art, and wisdom into the overall space. With the business concept of “OPEN TO OPEN Infinite Growth”, it forges a West Coast service brand and creates the most waterfront like living “heat field”.

At the beginning of the design, the TS design team proposed the concept of “City Cloud” for the overall architecture. The light elements in public cloud spaces are an important part of the city’s pulsating rhythm, and the flow of public spaces on the site makes the building and landscape interior a complete natural experience, while also leading the AI concept of indoor cloud.
