The overall architecture of Yuanchuang Park embodies the temperament of “modern, generous, professional, and exquisite”. The architectural style introduces the image elements of Hangzhou tea gardens, with four interconnected towers and multi-level overlapping spaces, a ring style independent inner courtyard, and a central super large landscape garden. The park aims to create a new generation of innovative business ecosystem, creating an exquisite space where Hangzhou’s local Jiangnan regional characteristics intersect with Singapore’s garden city landscape. The TS team circulates continuous light around the edges of the building in the lighting, creating a technologically dynamic beauty of the park.
The project is based on the integration of Chinese, Japanese, and New Three Kingdoms cultures, creating an open and shared new industrial park. The design innovation proposed the “Air CTS” product layout, finding a subtle balance between the privacy of individual households and the openness of the park. The overall design integrates the concepts of Singapore’s “Garden City” and Hangzhou’s “Tea Mountain Life”. The layered “Hangzhou style Tea Mountain” surrounds a “new-style garden” of about 7000 square meters on all sides. The bottom of the tea mountain is opened to the city through a pillar free large collapse structure, creating an extremely open and inclusive attitude, hence the name “Yuanchuang Park”.

元创公园整体建筑彰显 “现代、大方、专业、精致”的气质，建筑风格引入杭州茶园的形象元素，四座塔楼互相联通，还有多层次的叠加空间，环式独立内院，中心超大景观花园。园区打造新一代创新商务生态圈，营造杭州本土江南地域特色邂逅新加坡花园城市景观的精致空间。TS团队在灯光上让连续光围绕着建筑的边际不断循环,营造园区的科技灵动之美。
项目立足中、日、新三国文化相融，打造开放共享的新型产业园区。设计创新提出了“空中CTS”产品户型，在独户私密性与园区开放性中找到了微妙的平衡。整体设计融汇了新加坡“花园城市”理念与杭州“茶山生活”理念，层层退台的“杭式茶山”四面围合出一个7000方左右的“新式花园”，茶山底部通过无柱大垮结构对城市打开，极尽开放共融的姿态，故名“元创公园”。
