Shenzhen Terrace “is a mixed use complex with a focus on sustainability design, which will create a core landmark for the Dayun New City with the development goals of ecological revitalization and scientific education. This new ‘urban living room’ integrates green outdoor space with multiple functions, including retail stores, theaters, libraries, museums, and a convention center, which will help the entire area become a leisure and cultural hub.
The light will illuminate the roof horizontally, creating a building volume that extends and floats horizontally, forming a sharp contrast with the vertical lines of the surrounding city, and giving people a sense of calm and tranquility through its soft curves. Different levels of illumination are suitable for various functional scenarios of the terrace: large overhangs form a corridor around the entire venue, and the lighting provides a nighttime touring atmosphere, while continuous soft light connects the entire venue.
